Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 6 nos boiled eggs


  • 4 nos boiled potatoes


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 cups onion paste


  • 1 cups tomato puree


  • 1/2 tsp kasuri methi


  • 1 tsp green coriander


  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Boiled eggsko peel kar cut kar le.
  • Wok main oil heat kar boiled potatoko cut karfry kar le.
  • Aloo nikal kar garlic saute kar onion paste add jar bhune ginger,dry masala,tomato puree dal kar masala ready kar aloo dale bhune phir boiled water dal kar gravy bana le.
  • Kasuri methi addkare.
  • Boiled eggs carefully gravy main rakhe upper se fresh coriander garnish kar serve kare.
